The vase has a double wall, and there is a small hole in the inner wall. Fill the vase with water, and gradually the space between the inner and outer wall will fill with water. You can then empty the vase, but after a few minutes you will find there is more water in the vase. Water is slowly trickling from between the inner and out wall through the small hole, into the main vase.  

If you e-mail us quickly enough after placing the order, we can simply cancel it. However we normally send orders across to the warehouse within 24 hours, and they ship very promptly. Once the order has shipped we cannot cancel it.

You can view prices and checkout in your local currency. When you land on the website a currency converter should appear allowing you to select to view in your currency. If not you can use the currency selector which is positioned top right of the website.

We will accept items that you wish to return, within 30 days of placing the order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and it must be in saleable condition. We will refund you the cost of the item. Please let us know if you wish to return an item before you send it. 

If the item is faulty, please let us know, and we will ship a replacement or refund your money, as you wish. 

We offer a couple of shipping options to the US. DHL courier is the most expensive, and will just take a couple of days. Royal Mail options will take 7 - 10 working days on average. However you will get a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your package. US customs/Homeland Security scan inbound packages to the United States, and this does add to the shipping time.
